As part of the government's response to the Caio Review of next generation broadband in the UK, the government and BSG ran a seminar to provide clarification to the industry on the application of non-domestic rating to fibre investments in the access network.

Following the workshop, it was agreed that further work would be undertaken to provide clarity to the industry.
