Terms of Reference

• To review the activities, projects, events, interdependencies and resources that have been identified as being required to construct a robust program for the delivery of the 2005 targets
• To monitor, record and identify the program of activities and events required to achieve the 2005 broadband targets. It is not the intent that this group leads the other groups!
• To measure on a continuous basis the progress of relevant projects and events towards the delivery of that program and goals
• To enlist support from diverse groups that are key to the delivery of the 2005 targets
• To provide information to stakeholders regarding the progress of the program and identify factors which can lead to the delay of the program
• To continuously review the feasibility of the 2005 targets and the program
• To input any identified issues to other working groups and insure good communications between the groups.
